30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

  • All standard products are eligible for returns within 30 days (starting from the day after delivery).

  • Customized products (including engraving, printed designs, etc.) are only eligible for returns due to quality issues.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Return process: Contact support@cellmalls.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Shipping costs: For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Exchange Policy

  • Wrong/missing items: We cover return and replacement shipping costs.

  • Customer-selected wrong model: Customer bears all shipping fees.

  • Customized products generally cannot be exchanged (except for quality issues).

Repairs & Warranty

  • 1-year limited warranty (from activation date, based on system records).

  • Software issues: 30 days of free technical support.

  • Warranty exclusions:
    ▫ Physical damage (liquid exposure, drops, unauthorized modifications).
    ▫ Malfunctions caused by non-official software.
    ▫ Consumable parts (batteries, screen protectors, etc.).
    ▫ Design changes on customized products.

Special Conditions

  1. Storage devices (hard drives, smart devices, etc.):

    • Must wipe personal data before returning.

    • We are not responsible for data leaks due to improper erasure.

  2. Activated products (IMEI/SN-bound devices):

    • No "no-reason" returns after activation.

  3. Promotional items:

    • No price-matching for limited-time discounts.

    • Flash sale items only qualify for quality-related returns.
