Q:How soon will my order be shipped after the payment is received?

A:Your order will be processed, prepared, and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

Q:Can I use my own shipping agent/service?

Yes, you can! We can ship your products directly to your shipping agent, or they can pick up the order from our warehouse. Simply provide us with your shipping agent's contact information, and we'll handle the rest to ensure smooth delivery.

Q:Can I change the shipping address?

Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact your sales manager to update the shipping address in our system. They will assist you in making the necessary changes as quickly as possible.

Q:I'm not happy with the quality of part of my order. What should I do now?

We're sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with part of your order. Here's what you can do:
Contact your sales manager:Please reach out to them and provide proof of the damaged or defective products, such as photos and videos.
Return & Refund:We will assist you with the return process and issue a refund or send a replacement product once we confirm the defect.
